We run special group packages at any time of the year. Details on request.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS
  • There are no classes on public holidays: 2 January, 6 April, 9 April, 7 May, 4 June, 5 June, 27 August.
  • We close from Monday 21 December 2012 and reopen on Monday 7 January 2013.
  • All lessons are 45 minutes.
  • 20 lessons = 15 hours in the mornings.
  • 28 lessons = 21 hours in the mornings and afternoons; there are no lessons on Friday afternoons.
  • Classes start at 09:00, Monday - Friday.
  • Age range from 16 years (15 in summer when 15 year old students attend General English programmes as part of the Summer Holiday programme); average age 23 (in summer the avarage age may be lower).
  • Course fees must be paid in advance to qualify for lower prices for longer courses.
  • In summer lessons may take place in suitable classrooms outside the school building. LTC Accepts no liabilty for reasonable public transportation costs to and from these classrooms.

ENROLMENT FEE/CAS Visa and passport test fees

LTC charges a £GBP 50 enrolment fee.
If you require a General Student Visa will we add a £10 CAS fee to your invoice.
If you need to take the Passport English test for your visa, we will add a £5 fee to your invoice.

  • Homestay / Private home accomodation costs £15 extra per week from 17th June to 26th August 2012.
  • Shared room accomodation for adults is for friends or family only.
  • Please arrive at your accommodation on Sunday and leave on Saturday..
  • LTC Brighton does not pay host families for students staying with their host families during the school's Christmas closure. Student must pay host families directly.

DEPOSIT and PAYMENT

You must complete an Enrolment Form and pay a £200 deposit when you book. Please pay the rest 3 weeks before the start of your course. Please give us the name of the student when you make a payment. There are 4 ways to pay:

(Visa or Mastercard).

Please note there is a 3% surcharge on credit card payments.

In UK sterling drawn on a British bank or on a London branch of an overseas bank. Make your chaque payable to AMVIC UK Ltd.

4. PAYPAL

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS / TERMS and CONDITIONS

Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by the school.

Cancellations received more then 14 days before a course begins may be charged an administration fee of £50.

Cancellations received less then 14 days before a course begins will be charged an administration fee of £200.

Students who postpone 1 week or less before the start of their course will be charged 1 week's accomodation.

Students who arrive after the start of the course, who are absent during the course, or leave before the end of the course receive no refund.

If the school cancels a course a complete refund will be given. We recommend that all students have insurance.
